Jennie McFarlane joined PSE as the Human Resources Manager in 2023. Before PSE, Jennie worked for over six years in the international nonprofit space, streamlining people systems to drive organizational mission delivery and partnering with leaders to enhance the quality of life for their teams.
She is an active Society for Human Resources Management and the HR Advisory community member and spends time supporting and mentoring fellow members.
Her educational background includes Forestry and Natural History Science certifications from Citrus College, a BA in English Literature from the University of La Verne, and a Professional in Human Resources certificate from the Human Resources Certificate Institute.
